Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
  • We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. Through PayPal, you may pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or an eligible credit or debit card
  • The price displayed at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges
  • We do not charge sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable local or state taxes based on their location
  • If a pricing error occurs on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original PayPal account

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

We may cancel or decline an order if:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable
  • A pricing or listing error is identified
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • The order cannot be shipped to the provided address

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original PayPal account within 2 business days.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@jardinessent.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy at that point.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 connected states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal account used at checkout within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Warranty

All power tools sold on jardinessent.com include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
