Shipping policy

This page covers everything about how we ship orders, including delivery areas, shipping costs, processing times, and what to do if something goes wrong. Please read through before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. This includes the 48 connected states in the continental U.S.
We do not ship to the following locations at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
- International destinations outside the United States

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order amount required to qualify for free shipping.
We do not offer expedited or express shipping options at this time. All orders ship via standard ground service through our carrier partners.
The price shown at checkout is your final price. No shipping fees are added at any point during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Processing time is separate from shipping time. After you place your order, we need time to verify the order, prepare the item, and hand it off to the carrier.
- Standard processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Peak season processing (November through December): 4 to 5 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time by Region
The following estimates apply after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. All times are business days unless stated otherwise.
- Contiguous United States (48 states): 5 to 7 business days after processing
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 6 to 10 business days under normal conditions.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier volume, and conditions outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders ship domestically within the United States. There are no customs duties or import taxes applicable to domestic U.S. orders.
We do not charge sales tax at checkout. The price shown at the time of purchase is your final charge.
If you are placing an order from a U.S. territory such as Puerto Rico or Guam, please note that we currently do not ship to those locations. We are unable to facilitate orders to addresses outside our current shipping coverage.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- Your tracking number
- The name of the carrier handling your shipment
- A direct link to track your package on the carrier website
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for tracking information to appear and update on the carrier website. If tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, email us at support@jardinessent.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@jardinessent.com with your order number and the change you need.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or stop the shipment. At that point, please follow our return process. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you by email. Re-shipping the order may require an additional fee.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the packaging and item if the package arrived damaged
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require photos during any investigation.

Shipping Delays
Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions affecting carrier routes
- High carrier volume during holiday periods
- Carrier operational disruptions
- Remote delivery locations with extended transit times
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we cannot directly control the delivery timeline. However, we will help you track your shipment and communicate with the carrier on your behalf if a delay occurs.
Inventory and Fulfillment
Power tools are heavier and bulkier than most shipped products. To keep fulfillment fast, we pre-stock inventory in our U.S. warehouse before listing products for sale. Most orders are ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.
In the rare case of an inventory shortage after your order is placed, we will:
- Email you promptly with a full explanation
- Provide a revised estimated ship date if stock is expected soon
- Cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately if you prefer not to wait
We will not leave your order in a queue without communicating clearly about what is happening.
