Common Questions

How long does it take to get a response?
We respond within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday messages are answered the next business day.

My tracking has not updated in more than 48 hours. What should I do?
Tracking updates can be delayed by up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation is sent. If there is still no movement after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

My item arrived damaged. What happens next?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and one or two photos or a short video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop it before it ships. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our return process.

I did not receive a confirmation email after paying. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there within 10 minutes of your purchase, email us with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your order status right away.

Which drill is right for my project?
It depends on what you are working on. For light home tasks like assembling furniture, hanging shelves, or small repairs, a 12V or 20V compact drill works well. For drilling into concrete, driving large fasteners, or working on a deck or fence, consider our 20V brushless models or the 900 ft-lb impact wrench. If you are not sure, email us with a quick description of your project and we will point you in the right direction.

Does the drill come with batteries?
Most of our drill sets include at least one battery and a charger. Check the individual product page for the full contents of each kit. If you need an extra battery or a compatible charger, email us and we can help you find the right one.
