We stand behind the tools we sell. Every power tool purchased from jardinessent.com comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing issue within that first year, we want to make it right.
What Is Covered: 1-Year Limited Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, for 12 months from the date of delivery.
This includes:
- Defects caused by faulty materials
- Failures resulting from improper manufacturing
- Product malfunctions that occur during normal, intended home use within the warranty period
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, dropping, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear over time, including gradual battery capacity reduction
- Consumable parts such as drill bits, blades, or sanding accessories
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications
- Water damage, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Lost or stolen items
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the tool's function
We aim to be fair in every case. If you are unsure whether your issue qualifies, contact us first. We would rather talk through it than have you assume you are not covered.
Battery and Charger Coverage
Batteries and chargers included with your tool are covered under the same 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Normal battery capacity reduction over time with regular use is expected and is not considered a defect. If your battery fails suddenly, will not hold any charge, or shows abnormal behavior early in its life, that may indicate a manufacturing issue. Contact us and we will assess it.
Safety note: Do not attempt to return a battery that appears swollen, leaking, or damaged without contacting us first. We will provide specific handling and shipping instructions to ensure safe return. Do not ship a damaged battery under any circumstances without written guidance from our team.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Email us at support@jardinessent.com and include the following:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the defect or malfunction
- The date your order was delivered
Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps. If we need the product returned for inspection, we will send you detailed instructions by email.
Please do not ship anything back without receiving written instructions from us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
How We Resolve Warranty Claims
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will send a replacement of the same or a comparable model. This is our first preference.
- Repair: If a replacement is not available, we will arrange repair of the defective item.
- Refund or store credit: In cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will issue a refund or store credit.
All resolutions depend on product availability and the nature of the defect. We will communicate your options clearly before proceeding.
Warranty Shipping Costs
- If the defect is confirmed by our team: We cover return shipping costs in full
- If the claim is not yet verified: Customer covers initial return shipping
- For the replacement or repaired item sent back to you: We cover outbound shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any return. We are not responsible for warranty items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Your Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations above may not apply to you.
This warranty does not limit or replace any statutory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable U.S. law.

Does the warranty cover accessories like drill bits?
No. Consumable accessories are not covered. The warranty applies to the main tool unit, battery, and charger.
What if my product breaks after the warranty period?
Contact us anyway. While we cannot offer warranty service outside the 12-month window, we will do our best to help you find a solution.
Do I need to register my product to activate the warranty?
No registration is required. Your order confirmation email is sufficient proof of purchase.
Can I transfer the warranty to someone else?
No. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
What if I bought from a third-party seller?
This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from jardinessent.com. We cannot provide warranty support for items purchased elsewhere.
