Checkout at Jardinessent is straightforward. We use PayPal as our payment processor. It is secure, widely used, and gives you flexibility in how you pay without sharing your card details directly with us.


Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as our sole payment provider for all orders on jardinessent.com.

Through your PayPal account, you can pay using:

  • Your PayPal balance
  • A linked bank account
  • An eligible credit or debit card connected to your PayPal account (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

We do not accept direct card payments outside of PayPal, cash, checks, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other third-party payment services at this time.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one for free at paypal.com. It only takes a few minutes. Many customers find it is one of the safer ways to pay online because your card details stay with PayPal and are never shared with the retailer.


Currency

All prices on jardinessent.com are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

If your PayPal account is set to a different currency, PayPal may apply a conversion fee. To avoid unexpected charges, please ensure your account supports USD payments before completing your order.


Taxes

We do not charge sales tax at checkout. The price shown on the product page and at checkout is your final purchase price.

Customers may be responsible for any applicable local or state taxes depending on their location and applicable tax laws. We recommend checking your local requirements if you are unsure.


Purchase Information

Before completing your order, please review the following to avoid issues after checkout:

  • Product details: Check the product page carefully for what is included in the box, voltage, battery capacity, and accessory list before purchasing
  • Shipping address: Confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete. We ship to the address exactly as entered and are not responsible for delays caused by address errors
  • Shipping coverage: We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. military addresses
  • Order quantity: Double-check the quantity before submitting. Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Email address: Make sure the email address used at checkout is correct. Your order confirmation and shipping tracking will be sent to that address

Once payment is submitted through PayPal, your order is placed and enters our processing queue. Review everything carefully before clicking the final payment button.


What Happens After You Pay

Once your PayPal payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes containing your order number, item details, and total amount paid
  • Your order enters our processing queue. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information

If you do not see the confirmation email within 10 minutes of payment, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, email us at support@jardinessent.com with your name and the email address used at checkout.


Payment Issues

If your payment does not go through, here is what to check:

  • Make sure your PayPal balance or linked funding source has sufficient funds
  • Confirm your linked bank card is active and not expired
  • Check whether PayPal has placed a hold or security flag on your account
  • Try logging out of PayPal completely and logging back in before attempting payment again
  • Try a different browser or clear your browser cache if the checkout page is not loading correctly

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through PayPal's encrypted payment platform. We never see or store your full card number, bank account details, or PayPal login credentials. Your financial information stays between you and PayPal at all times.

Can I pay without a PayPal account?

No. Each order must be completed through a single PayPal transaction.

Can I pay by credit card without going through PayPal?
No. At this time, PayPal is our only checkout option. Direct card payments are not supported outside of PayPal.
