We want you to feel confident buying from us. If something is not right with your order, we will work with you to make it right. This page explains exactly what to do, what qualifies, and how long everything takes.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts are present
- You have a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt from jardinessent.com
Items that show signs of use, physical damage caused by the customer, unauthorized modification, or are missing components are not eligible for return.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
Unless the item arrived defective or damaged, the following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Customized or special-order products
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Items without proof of purchase from jardinessent.com
How to Start a Return
Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
To start a return, email us at support@jardinessent.com and include the following:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or a short video of the item (required for defective, damaged, or incorrect item claims)
We will review your request and reply within 1 to 2 business days with:
- Confirmation of whether the return is approved
- The return shipping address
- Any specific packaging or shipping instructions
Once approved, your return must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving authorization.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
Whether you pay for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
- Item arrived defective or damaged: We cover return shipping costs in full
- Wrong item sent by us: We cover return shipping costs in full
- Change of mind or item no longer needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Item not as expected but undamaged: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days of receiving it.
- If approved: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of our inspection
- If not approved: We will notify you by email and explain the reason. The item will not be refunded if it has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing parts
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot process refunds to a different account or payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account after we process it. This is outside our control and varies by provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email support@jardinessent.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect
We will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A free replacement shipped to you
- A full refund including any original shipping fees
You will not be asked to pay anything to resolve an order that arrived wrong or broken. We cover all costs in these cases.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
To cancel, email us as soon as possible at support@jardinessent.com with your order number and the word CANCEL in the subject line. We will do our best to stop the order before it is processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process described above once you receive it.
Important Note: Power Tools with Lithium-Ion Batteries
Power tools that include lithium-ion batteries are subject to U.S. carrier shipping regulations when returned. Please do not ship back any battery-containing product without first receiving written instructions from our support team.
If your battery appears swollen, leaking, or physically damaged, do not attempt to ship it under any circumstances. Contact us immediately at support@jardinessent.com and we will provide safe handling guidance.
Pricing Transparency
The price shown at checkout is your final price. There are no hidden fees, no subscription requirements, and no surprise charges. What you see is what you pay.
